What to expect during your Free 50-minute Fitness Assessment:
First, a conversation about your goals and how to make them S.M.A.R.T. Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Reasonable, and Timely. This conversation will start by discussing your existing habits, schedule, mental space, nutritional habits, and level of dedication to your goals.
Second, We will go over your physical history. I will work with you to evaluate where you are now, physically. We will assess your physical fitness abilities so we are clear where we are starting in relationship to where we are going.
Third, you will enjoy a sample exercise to see if we are a good fit for your wellness goals.
